Our customer is Orange County Fire and Rescue, located near Orlando, Florida.
Challenge
There was a need to keep better records of interactions with constituents, and to proactively monitor whether constituents were happy with the service provided.
Solution
Monad Solutions set up and configured a Service Cloud instance to address the areas above, building an agent desktop and configuring standard objects to help record and manage the associated activities within Service Cloud for constituent interactions.
